A graduate in Computer Science from IIT Kanpur, Keshav Sharma also did M.S. Computer Science from Washington State University, USA.
Keshav has over eighteen years experience in the IT industry that includes software product development, technology selection, architecting solutions, account management, project management, curriculum design, educational content development, and managing delivery of IT education at both under graduate and graduate level.
One of the his key focus areas has been the best practices in software product engineering, specially the agile approach and the associated themes such as continuous testing and builds, short iteration cycles, pattern based development, and refactoring.
Education has been a passion for Keshav, and under his leadership CIStems has received four times the National Award for Excellence in IT education. His long standing experience in education has given him great strengths in all round human resource development, mentoring, and team building.
Alok Kotahwala
Alok Kotahwala did his B.S. in Chemical Engineering and Applied Mathematics from Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh. Alok has over fifteen years of experience in managing international business in the areas of software, jewelry, hotels and real estate. He is part of the top management of the international Kotahwala group which has business interests in India, USA, Europe and South East Asia.
Parijat Agarwal
Mr. Parijat Agarwal did his B. Tech in Computer Science from IIT New Delhi. Parijat is an expert in solution structuring, offshore software delivery and engagement management.
He has seasoned consulting and systems integration experience across a broad spectrum of industries. He has addressed complex IT and management situations for clients in USA and India. He holds over 10 years of client consulting experience in various capacities requiring account management, client partner, project management, business analysis and technical expertise. Parijat has unique skills and experience that allow him to bridge the gap between generalist management skills and specialist technical knowledge.
Vineet Jain
Mr. Vineet Jain is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering, and MBA from University of California, Santa Barbara. Vineet is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in developing software solutions and system implementations for both SMB and large corporations.
Vineet co-founded Valdero Corporation in 2001, offering supply chain visibility solutions to companies in the consumer electronics and hi-tech space. Valdero was funded by blue-chip Venture Capital firms-Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, Mohr-Davidow Ventures & Trinity Ventures. Valdero solution was deployed at leading edge companies like Motorola, Juniper Networks and Leapfrog Enterprises.
Vineet, as the VP Engineering at Valdero, led the product development for four years, building the engineering team from scratch to about 50 engineers. Vineet also successfully set up the offshore development center for Valdero in India in the year 2002, and was able to seamlessly integrate the offshore and the onsite teams using best practices for agile and distributed development.
Prior to Valdero, he was a senior manager at KPMG Consulting responsible for: defining the B2B integration strategy for Hi-Tech vertical; driving supply chain vendor partnerships; and hiring and training the solutions teams.
Vineet brings great value to our current and prospective ISV customers. He can share his experiences of driving the engineering for a product company, and successfully harnessing the offshore engine to scale within budget without compromising the product quality.
